What is the cost of hire for table cloths ?

We charge $8.00 per table cloth - for both black and white

How much is the cost of hire for chair covers ?

$1.50 per chair cover (lycra fitted) black or white

How much for the chair sash ?
​
0.80 c per chair sash. However, if you are hiring the chair cover as well - we will charge $1.50 per chair cover and sash included.

What is the cost for a table runner ?
​
$ 2.00 per table runner.

How long is the hire period?
The normal hire period is for 3 days. If your hire is for Saturday or Sunday you can collect the product on Friday evening and return on Monday.

Can I hire the product for longer than the standard 3 day hire period?

How far in advance do I need to book the product?
There is no set time frame that you need to book by. However, it is recommended that you book atleast a week before your party to ensure that the products are available for the dates you require them.
When do I pay for the hire?
We prefer to take a 50 % deposit at the time of booking. The balance is payable when you collect the products. We prefer cash, however you can also pay via EFT.

Do I lose my deposit if I cancel my hire?
You will lose 10 % of your deposit if you cancel 3 days prior to the function.

What happens if something gets broken?
All breakages and losses are the responsibility of the hirer. A replacement cost is payable on return of the product. The most common are glassware and chair covers. Pricing is different for all items. Please contact us accordingly.

Does the product need to be retuned clean?
The hire price of table linen includes the cost of laundry. However, for items such as cake stands, lolly jars and vases, the items need to be cleaned before return.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. We are flexible if necessary.
